Do you offer a warranty on your hard parts?
We offer a minimum 30-day money back warranty on all of our products. This ensures that when you receive your shipment you can check for defects and anything else.

What is the warranty on Rebuilt Products?
Depending on the part ordered, the warranty can be from 90 days to 1 year. Details of warranty is explained in the product page description.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER CARD, PAYPAL and AMERICAN EXPRESS as payment options on our web site. This ensures that no matter the customer, there will be no restrictions on receiving payment. All options are available. Please contact us if you have any other questions regarding payment.

How do you ship, and how much does it cost?
We ship via many ground, air and ocean carriers. Shipping on all orders is subject to weight and sizes. Please feel free to contact us and we will price out a custom shipping rate for you.


Have confidence in ordering with Conequipmentparts.com, if you are dissatisfied with ANY of our products, you may return the item for a full refund within 30 days of receiving the parts less shipping costs. In the event that you need to return a product, please contact us for return instructions. Returns on items will be accepted within 30 days and a refund will be credited back to your credit card minus any shipping, handling or freight charges.
If for any reason the item(s) are damaged that you receive, we will replace them within the first week of your receiving them. Please contact us as soon as you find any defect and we will replace it immediately.
